General Farm Hand

Fulltime/Seasonal

We are looking for a general farm hand that can operate tractors, farm equipment and forklifts. Some welding and general mechanical experience is an asset. Must be reliable, flexible and have with a good work ethic. Duties will also include manual labour, minor pesticide and fertilizer application and general farm work. Since this position is seasonal, the hours of work will vary from week to week. The majority of the work will be between February and October with minimal work in the off-season. Retail Salespersons

Full and Part Time/Seasonal

We are looking for 10-15 outgoing, personable, reliable, honest, punctual students (minimum age is 16) and adults who enjoy working with the public in a family environment. Duties include fruit sorting and preparation, counter displays and cashier sales, general cleaning and maintenance, stocking and inventory control and upick field supervision. Must be able to work all days as we are open Monday through Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm. Evening shifts include closing duties and some cleaning. Must be physically able to lift and carry 40 lbs at a time. Office Administration

Full Time/Seasonal

The office administration position is seasonal starting in May and ending in September. The successful applicant must have recent and relevant experience in Simply Accounting and MS Word and Excel. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Duties include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, scheduling, inventory management, filing, report maintenance, answering telephones and other general duties. Must be a detail oriented person who is able to be effective in a multicultural environment. Some social media experience, as it relates to communicating with the public, is an asset. Own transportation is an asset as there is no public transportation to our site. Some knowledge or fluency of Spanish, Punjabi and/or French is an asset.
